The first round of grant applications for 2010 has now closed. Thank you to the community groups that have applied for funding. We will be in touch soon to let you know whether you have been successful.

 

Grants will be handed over on Thursday, 15 July 2010 to representatives of the various groups at a small function hosted by the Board.

 
 

Preference is given to projects and clubs that support the following initiatives: family; health; education; arts and culture; environment; sport and equity for all abilities. The Torquay Community Enterprise is an initiative of the Bendigo Bank. It offers funding to local projects that are run by and for the community.

 

The TCE was launched towards the end of 2007 with the aim of funding local projects that are run by the community and are designed to directly benefit the community. It acts  as an independent body supporting individuals and families, the youth and our senior citizens through educational, sporting, arts and environmental initiatives at a grassroots level.
